Sionismoarekiko konplizitateak amaitu arte, antolatu eta borrokatu! [EUS] [CAS] [ENG]

Azken irakurketa argitaratu genuenetik, gogortu egin da Palestinaren egoera, eta geure begiz ari gara ikusten nola ari den kolonizazio sionista herri palestinarra sarraskitzen. Etengabean ari dira giza eskubideak urratzen, eta horren aurrean, AEBk, NATOk eta beren aliatuek —hala nola Europako estatuek— babesa adierazi diote kolonizazio sionistari. Areago, merkataritza hitzarmenak sinatzen eta armez hornitzen jarraitzen dute, besteak beste. Europan, gainera, antolakunde palestinarren nahiz Palestinarekiko elkartasun agerraldien aurkako errepresioak ez du etenik. Beste behin, agerikoa da halako gatazkak ezin direla ulertu egungo koiuntura markotik kanpo: AEB eta bere aliatuak hainbat frontetan ari dira borrokan, sistema kapitalistan beren hegemoniari eusteko. Horregatik ari da NATO presentzia areagotzen Mediterraneoan; ejertzito espainiarra ere ari da parte hartzen, gerra itsasontziak, hegazkinak eta helikopteroak bidaliz, adibidez. Macronek berak ere dei egin du Hamasen aurka borroka egiteko nazioarteko indar bat sor dadin. Aipatutako ezerk ez du lortu herri palestinarrarekiko eta haren erresistentziarekiko elkartasuna oztopatzea eta ezkutatzea. Testuinguru honetan, eta aurreko komunikatua abiapuntutzat hartuta, honako hau adierazi nahi dugu:

•    Nazioarteak esku hartu dezala eskatu da; nagusiki, negoziaketa prozesua bultzatzeko dei egin da. Nahiz eta nazioarte kontzeptua AEBz eta bere aliatu atlantistez haragoko multzo zabalagoa izan, horiek ordezkatzen dute, momentuz, erantzuna baldintzatzeko adinako gaitasuna. Eta aktore horiek entitate sionista babestuz ari dira esku hartzen, baita Estatu espainol eta frantseseko gobernuak eta Europar Batasuna ere. Estatu sionistak, urte luzez, krimen horiek guztiak egin ahal izan ditu, eta hori posible izan da hainbat jokabideri esker, hala nola jarrera ekidistanteak, ustezko status quoaren defentsa, Israelekiko harremanen normalizazioa, basakeria sionistaren aurrean ezer ez egitea, eta maila guztietako konplizitateak. Denek ala denek ahalbidetu dute egungo herri palestinarraren sarraskia.

•    Konplizitate horien ondorioz eskatu zen Palestinatik bertatik Israeli Boikot, Desinbertsio eta Zigor kanpainak egitea; beraz, dei hutsen aurrean, boikot kanpainek egin diezaiokete presio nazioarte deritzon horri kolonizazio sionistaren konplize izateari utzi diezaion, adibidez, estatu israeldarrarekiko harremanak hautsiz edota arma blokeo bikoitza ezarriz. Proposamen hutsei kritika egitea eta Israelekiko konplizitatea eteteko neurri eraginkorrak exijitzea ez da ezer ez egitea egungo sarraskiaren aurrean; kontrako guztia da. Argi daukagu, herri palestinarraren beraren borrokaz gain, Israelekiko babes eta konplizitate sarea agortzeko antolakuntzak soilik eduki dezakeela basakeriak eteteko nolabaiteko efekturen bat. Bestalde, boikotera dei egitean, norberak enpresa zehatzei boikot egitea baino zerbait gehiago eskatzen da. Hau da, kanpaina antolakuntza terminoetan ulertu behar da; ulertu behar da helburu lorgarrietan oinarrituta dagoela, eta tokian tokiko errealitatean kokatuta. Horregatik deitzen dugu, beste behin, halako kanpaina motak areagotzera eta iraunaraztera, Palestinarekiko kolonizazio sionista amaitu arte.

•    Euskal Herriaren kasuan, aipatu izan dugun bezala, luzea da konplizitateen zerrenda: Estatu frantsesa eta espainola nahiz kolonizazio sionista babesten duten alderdiak edota gobernu konplizeak sostengatzen dituzten alderdiak konplizeak dira, baina baita Israelen gerra krimenetatik etekinak ateratzen dituzten enpresak ere; beste askoren artean, CAF. •    Mezu hutsen eta kolaborazionisten aurrean posizio kritikoari eutsi bazaio, ez da izan desmobilizazioa sustatzeko. Posizio kritikoa agertu da, aurreko komunikatuan kritikatzen genituen posizio ekidistante eta normalizatzaileengatiko kezkak bultzatuta. Internazionalismotik, kolonizazioaren aurkako borrokan dabilen herri palestinarra babestu besterik ezin dugu egin, eta bide horretan baldintzarik gabeko elkartasuna ematea dagokigu. Beraz, desmobilizazioaren kontrara, lan horretan ari gara. Herri palestinarraren borroka munduko herri langile guztion borroka da, inperialismoaren aurkako borroka. Gainera, hainbat urtez, boikot kanpainek garaipen esanguratsuak utzi dituzte. Urriaren 7az geroztik, Euskal Herrian manifestazio eta elkartasun protesta ugari deitu ditugu askotariko aktoreok, herri palestinarraren erresstentziarekin  elkartasunean eta boikoterako deian oinarrituta. Beraz, ez da beharrezkoa Israelekiko jarrera ekidistanteak eta normalizatzaileak zabaltzea edota borrokarako proposamen praktikorik gabe hitz egiten aritzea, Palestinarekiko elkartasunera Euskal Herriko sektore zabalak batarazteko.

•    Ezinbestekoa da, era berean, elkartasuna deslegitimatzeko eta kriminalizatzeko saiakerak salatzea eta bistaratzea. Hain zuzen ere, zentsura areagotzen ari den isla dira, eta, Europar Batasunaren azken urteotako joerari jarraituz, inperialismo atlantistarekin gero eta lerrokatuago ageri da. Palestinarekiko elkartasuna zigortzeko saiakera kezkagarriak ari gara ikusten: mobilizazioak eta sinboloak ari dira debekatzen (palestinarren bandera bera); artista eta profesional palestinarrak zentsuratzen ari dira, baita Palestinarekiko elkartasuna adierazten dutenak ere; elkartasun antolakundeak nahiz sareak debekatzen eta kriminalizatzen ari dira; Euskal Herriaren kasuan, protestak debekatu eta oztopatu dituzte, PSOEren kolonizazio israeldarrarekiko konplizitatea seinalatu duten protestak jazarri dituzte, bandera palestinarrak debekatu dituzte kirol ekitaldietan… Testuinguru honetan, halako neurriak erresistentzia palestinarra desligitimatzean eta kriminalizatzean oinarritzen dira, erresistentziaren ideia baita erabiltzen ari diren elementuetako bat Europako estatuek genozidioarekiko adierazi duten zuzeneko babesa ezkutatzen saiatzeko. Horregatik, inplikazio sakonagoak ditu herri palestinarrarekiko eta erresistentziarekiko elkartasunak: Europako herri langileekiko eta inperialismo atlantistaren gidoitik ateratzen den edonorekiko errepresioaren aurkako borroka ere bada.

•    Azkenik, esan bezala, garrantzitsua da Palestinako egoera ez irakurtzea bere horretan soilik; klase borroka estutzen ari den testuinguruan gaude, eta inperialismo atlantistak herri langileen aurka ekindako ofentsibaren baitan ulertu behar da. Beraz, inoiz baino beharrezkoagoa eta zentzuzkoagoa da zalantzan jartzea sozialdemokraziaren irteerarik gabeko bideak, izan ere, horiek kondenatzen gaituzte sistema kapitalistaren basakeriak, NATO, EB, Estatu espainola eta frantsesa onartzera. Horren guztiaren aurka, eta Euskal Herriaren askapen nazional eta sozialaren alde, internazionalismotik dei egiten dugu klase borroka areagotzera, guk Euskal Herrian, baina beren askapenaren alde borrokan ari diren gainerako herri langileekin batera. Argi diogu, hortaz, Palestinarekiko elkartasuna badela Euskal Herrira begiratzea ere, kolonizatzailearen aurka nola antolatu behar duen berak erabaki duen herriari baldintzarik gabeko babesa eman behar zaiolakoan baikaude, eta, zalantzarik gabe, Euskal Herrian ere, beste herri langile zapaldu bat izanik, klabe antikapitalistetan eta antiinperialistetan indartu nahi baitugu antolakuntza. Hori da elkartasunean egin dezakegun ekarpenik hoberena.

Horregatik, behin eta berriz egingo dugu Palestinarekiko elkartasuna adierazten jarraitzeko eta borroka praktikoa areagotzeko deia, hemen eta orain, kolonizazio israeldarrarekiko euskal eta europear konplizitateak eten arte eta Euskal Herrian antolakuntza eta borroka indar dadin. Hori da modu bakarra egun bizi dugun ofentsiba inperialistari aurre egiteko.

Desde la anterior lectura al respecto de la situación en Palestina, esta se ha recrudecido y estamos siendo testigos del genocidio del pueblo palestino por parte de la colonización sionista. Frente a estas continuas violaciones de derechos humanos, EEUU, la OTAN y sus aliados, como los Estados europeos, han mostrado su apoyo a la colonización sionista y siguen beneficiándola con acuerdos comerciales y aprovisionamiento de armas, entre otros. En Europa nos encontramos también con una ola represiva contra las organizaciones palestinas y las muestras de solidaridad con Palestina. De nuevo queda patente como no se puede entender un conflicto fuera del marco de la coyuntura actual en el que Estados Unidos y sus aliados luchan en diferentes frentes para mantener su hegemonía en el sistema capitalista. Así se puede entender el refuerzo de la presencia de la OTAN en el Mediterráneo, con la participación del ejército español, con buques de guerra, aviones y helicópteros, entre otros. O el llamamiento por parte de Macron a crear una fuerza internacional de lucha contra Hamas. Nada de ello ha podido frenar ni ocultar la solidaridad con el pueblo palestino y su resistencia. En este contexto, y tomando como referencia el comunicado anterior, vemos necesario expresar lo siguiente:

•     Se hacen llamamientos a la intervención de la comunidad internacional, especialmente en la forma de auspiciar un proceso de negociaciones. Si bien el concepto de comunidad internacional se refiere a un conjunto más amplio de Estados que Estados Unidos y su aliados atlantistas,  estos representan quienes tienen, por ahora, la capacidad real para condicionar la respuesta. Y esos actores están interviniendo en apoyo a Israel, incluyendo los gobiernos del Estado español y francés, y la Unión Europea. La equidistancia, la defensa del supuesto status quo, la normalización de relaciones con Israel, la inactividad frente a las atrocidades de Israel y las  complicidades a todos los niveles, son las que han permitido a lo largo de todos estos años los crímenes israelíes y, por tanto, el genocidio sobre el pueblo palestino a día de hoy.

•      Esas complicidades son las que hicieron emerger desde Palestina el llamamiento a hacer campañas de Boicot, Desinversión y Sanciones a Israel, entendiendo que son dichas complicidades las que hacen posible la continuación de los crímenes israelíes. Por lo tanto, frente a llamamientos vacíos, son las campañas de boicot las que pueden hacer presión para que esa “comunidad internacional” deje de ser cómplice de la colonización sionista, con la demanda, por ejemplo de la ruptura de relaciones con el estado de Israel o la implementación del doble embargo de armas.  La crítica a las propuestas vacías y demandar medidas eficaces para acabar con la complicidad israelí no significan no hacer nada frente a la masacre actual, todo lo contrario. Sabemos que, aparte de la lucha del propio pueblo palestino, nada más que la organización para frenar la red de complicidades y apoyos con los que cuenta Israel puede tener algún tipo de efecto en poder parar sus atrocidades. El llamamiento al boicot va mas allá de boicot individual a las empresas capitalistas, hay que entender la campaña en términos de organización y en base a unos objetivos realizables y encuadrados a las realidades locales. Y es por ello, que, de nuevo, llamamos a aumentar este tipo de campañas y a mantenerlas en el tiempo hasta acabar con la colonización israelí de Palestina.

•      En el caso de Euskal Herria, como hemos mencionado anteriormente, las complicidades van desde el Estado español y el francés, como los partidos que apoyan a la colonización sionista y/o los que sostienen los gobiernos cómplices con el estado de Israel, hasta empresas como CAF que se benefician de los crímenes de guerra israelíes. En este momento concreto, además, es necesario señalar aquellos partidos y fuerzas políticas vascas que han apoyado al gobierno del PSOE en el proceso de investidura, un gobierno que pese a querer mostrarse como solidario con Palestina, se limita a hacer declaraciones de cara a la galería sin implementar ninguna política que fuerce al estado de Israel a parar el genocidio permanentemente. Es más, esta semana pasada ha vuelto a firmar un acuerdo de compra de armas con empresas de la industria armamentística israelí. En un contexto de aumento de los ataques sionistas en todo el territorio de Palestina, entendemos, que tal y como están pidiendo desde Palestina, estas campañas de presión para acabar con las complicidades tienen que aumentar y no disminuir ni dar pasos atrás.

•     Mantener una postura crítica frente a mensajes vacíos y colaboracionistas, no es contribuir a la desmovilización. Por un lado, parten de una preocupación genuina por las posturas equidistantes y normalizadoras que criticábamos en el comunicado anterior. Desde el internacionalismo no podemos más que defender y organizar una solidaridad incondicional con el pueblo palestino en su lucha contra la colonización, que es la lucha contra el imperialismo de todos los pueblos trabajadores del mundo, y es lo que estamos haciendo.  Aparte de ser una demanda desde el propio pueblo palestino, a lo largo de los años las campañas de boicot han llegado a importantes victorias. Desde casi el mismo 7 de octubre, en Euskal Herria se han convocado múltiples manifestaciones y protestas de solidaridad con Palestina por diversos actores, basadas en la solidaridad con el pueblo palestino y su resistencia, y la demanda de boicot. Por lo tanto no es necesario difundir posturas equidistantes, normalizadoras con el estado de Israel o vacías de propuestas prácticas de lucha con el movimiento popular para involucrar a la solidaridad con Palestina a sectores amplios de Euskal Herria.

•     Es imprescindible así mismo, denunciar y visibilizar los intentos de deslegitimación y criminalización de la solidaridad  como un paso más en el crecimiento de la censura y el intento de cierre de filas con el imperialismo atlantista que se lleva profundizando en Europa en los últimos años. Asistimos a un preocupante intento de represión de la solidaridad con Palestina, que va desde la prohibición de movilización y símbolos, como la propia bandera, censura a artistas y profesionales palestinas o solidarias con Palestina, la prohibición y criminalización de organizaciones y redes de solidaridad, o, en Euskal Herria, la prohibición y obstaculización de protestas, la represión de protestas señalando la complicidad del PSOE con la colonización israelí, la prohibición de banderas palestinas en eventos deportivos, etc. En este contexto, estas medidas se basan en la deslegitimación y criminalización de la resistencia palestina, uno de los elementos que están utilizando para intentar esconder el apoyo directo al genocidio por parte de los Estados europeos. Por eso la solidaridad con el pueblo palestino y su resistencia, es, además, la lucha contra la represión de los pueblos trabajadores en Europa y contra el creciente clima de represión y censura ante cualquiera que se salga del guion del imperialismo atlantista.

•     Por último, si analizamos lo que está ocurriendo en Palestina desde este contexto general de agudización de la lucha de clases y la ofensiva del imperialismo atlantista contra los pueblos trabajadores, vemos que es más necesario e inteligente que nunca cuestionar los caminos sin salida de la socialdemocracia que nos condenan a aceptar la brutalidad del sistema capitalista y sus genocidios, la OTAN, la Unión Europea, el Estado español y francés. Contra todo eso, y por la liberación nacional y social de Euskal Herria, desde el internacionalismo llamamos a reforzar la lucha de clases, desde Euskal Herria y junto con el resto de pueblos trabajadores luchando por su liberación. La solidaridad con Palestina, por tanto, también es mirar a Euskal Herria, porque entendemos que se tiene que dar un  apoyo incondicional a un  pueblo que esta  decidiendo por si mismo  como organizarse frente al  colonizador y porque queremos reforzar la organización en Euskal Herria, otro pueblo trabajador oprimido, en claves anticapitalista y antiimperialistas. Esta es la mejor contribución que se puede hacer en solidaridad.    

Por todo ello, queremos reforzar el llamamiento a mostrar la solidaridad con Palestina, reforzar la lucha práctica, aquí y ahora, por acabar con las complicidades que desde diferentes agentes presentes en Euskal Herria y Europa se dan con la colonización israelí, y reforzar la organización y la lucha en Euskal Herria, como única manera de poder confrontar la ofensiva imperialista que estamos viviendo en la actualidad.

Since the previous analysis of the situation in Palestine, it has escalated, and we are witnessing the genocide of the Palestinian people by the Zionist colonization. Faced with these continuous human rights violations, the United States, NATO, and its allies, such as European states, have shown their support for Zionist colonization and continue to benefit from it with trade agreements and arms sales, among others. In Europe we are also encountering a repressive wave against Palestinian organizations and shows of solidarity with Palestine. Once again it is clear how a conflict cannot be understood outside the framework of the current situation in which the United States and its allies are fighting on different fronts to maintain their hegemony in the capitalist system. This is how we can understand the strengthening of NATO's presence in the Mediterranean, with the participation of the Spanish army, with warships, airplanes, and helicopters, among others. Or Macron's call to create an international force to fight Hamas. None of this has been able to stop or hide the solidarity with the Palestinian people and their resistance. In this context, and taking the previous statement as a reference, we see it necessary to express the following:

• There are calls for the intervention of the international community, especially in the form of sponsoring a negotiation process. Although the concept of the international community refers to a broader set of States than the United States and its Atlanticist allies, they represent those who have, for now, the real capacity to condition the response. And those actors are intervening in support of Israel, including the Spanish and French governments, and the European Union. The acquiescence, the defense of the supposed status quo, the normalization of relations with Israel, the inactivity in the face of Israel's atrocities and complicities at all levels, are what have allowed throughout all these years the Israeli crimes and, therefore, the genocide on the Palestinian people today.

• These complicities are what made the call for Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions campaigns to Israel emerge from Palestine, understanding that it is these complicities that make the continuation of Israeli crimes possible. Therefore, in the face of empty appeals, it is the boycott campaigns that can put pressure on that “international community” to stop being complicit in Zionist colonization, with the demand, for example, for the cut of relations with the state of Israel or the implementation of the double arms embargo.  Criticism of empty proposals and demanding effective measures to end Israeli complicity do not mean doing nothing in the face of the current massacre, on the contrary. We know that, apart from the struggle of the Palestinian people themselves, nothing but the organization to stop the network of accomplices and supporters that Israel has can have any kind of effect in being able to stop its atrocities. The call for a boycott goes beyond an individual boycott of capitalist companies, the campaign must be understood in terms of organization and based on achievable objectives and framed to local realities. And that is why, once again, we call for increasing these types of campaigns and maintaining them over time until the Israeli colonization of Palestine is ended.

• In the case of the Basque Country, as we have mentioned above, the complicities range from the Spanish and French state, such as the parties that support Zionist colonization and/or those that support the governments complicit with the state of Israel, to companies such as CAF that benefit from Israeli war crimes. At this particular moment, it is also necessary to point out those Basque parties and political forces that have supported the PSOE government in the investiture process, a government that despite wanting to show solidarity with Palestine, limits itself to making statements without implementing any policy that forces the state of Israel to stop the genocide permanently. Moreover, this past week it re-signed an arms purchase agreement with companies in the Israeli arms industry. In a context of increasing Zionist attacks throughout the territory of Palestine, we understand that, as they are asking from Palestine, these pressure campaigns to end complicities have to increase and not decrease or take steps back.

• Maintaining a critical stance in the face of empty and collaborationist messages is not contributing to demobilization. On the one hand, they are based on a genuine concern for the acquiescent and normalizing positions that we criticized in the previous statement. From internationalism we can only defend and organize unconditional solidarity with the Palestinian people in their struggle against colonization, which is the struggle against imperialism of all the working peoples of the world, and that is what we are doing.  Apart from being a demand from the Palestinian people themselves, boycott campaigns have achieved important victories over the years. Since almost the same October 7, multiple demonstrations and protests of solidarity with Palestine have been called in the Basque Country by various actors, based on solidarity with the Palestinian people and their resistance, and the demand for a boycott. Therefore, it is not necessary to disseminate acquiescent, normalizing positions with the state of Israel or that are empty of practical proposals of struggle with the popular movement to involve broad sectors of the Basque Country in solidarity with Palestine.
   

• It is also essential to denounce and make visible the attempts to de-legitimize and criminalize solidarity as another step in the growth of censorship and the attempt to close ranks with Atlanticist imperialism that has been deepening in Europe in recent years. We are witnessing a worrying attempt to suppress solidarity with Palestine, ranging from the prohibition of mobilization and symbols, such as the flag itself, censorship of Palestinian artists and professionals or those in solidarity with Palestine, the prohibition and criminalization of solidarity organizations and networks, or, in the Basque Country, the prohibition and obstruction of protests, the repression of protests pointing to the complicity of the PSOE with Israeli colonization, the prohibition of Palestinian flags at sporting events, etc. In this context, these measures are based on the de-legitimization and criminalization of Palestinian resistance, one of the elements they are using to try to hide the direct support for genocide by European states. This is why solidarity with the people of Palestine and their resistance is also the struggle against the repression of the working peoples of Europe and against the rising climate of repression and censorship of anyone that strays from the Atlanticist imperialist script. 
  
   
• Lastly, if we analyze what is happening in Palestine from the general context of the sharpening of class struggle and the imperialist offensive against working peoples, we can see that it is more necessary and intelligent than ever to question the dead ends of social democracy that subject us into accepting the brutality of the capitalist system and its genocides, NATO, the EU, and the Spanish and French states.  Against all that, and for the national and social liberation of the Basque Country, from internationalism we make a call to strengthen class struggle, from the Basque Country and with the rest of the working peoples that struggle for their liberation.  Solidarity with Palestine, therefore, also means to look to the Basque Country, because we understand that there must be unconditional support for a people that is deciding for itself how to organize to face the colonizer, and because we want to strengthen organization in the Basque Country, another oppressed working class people, along anti-capitalist and anti-imperialist lines.  This is the best contribution one can make in solidarity.     

For all of the above, we want to reaffirm the call to show solidarity with Palestine, reaffirm practical struggle, here and now, to end the complicity that from different agents present in the Basque Country and Europe support Israeli colonization, and continue to strengthen organization and struggle in the Basque Country, as the only way of confronting the imperialist offensive we are currently witnessing.
